Pain point
Long wait times for food during lunch caused IT employees to spend too much time waiting, reducing efficiency and convenience
As a solution, I designed a pre-order app that allows users to order ahead and pick up freshly prepared food upon arrival
Menu design
Our core audience consists of product IT professionals. Research showed they are highly health-conscious and value food quality
To meet these needs, I introduced:
Flexible portions — including half servings
Transparent ingredients — detailed ingredient information
Personalized upsell — relevant add-ons that complement the dish
Order pickup
Users have a few minutes to cancel their order if they change their mind, and can easily retrieve it using a QR code instead of memorizing long numbers
